A unique position on Tankah Bay makes Villa Luminosa one of the only villas where you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over the bay. And, as the tallest villa on the northern portion of the bay, views from the roof and upper patios are unsurpassed.

Villa Luminosa is three stories plus the rooftop bar/observation area. Entry to the villa is on the first level.

Second level has a spacial inner corridor with large doors that swing open to the pool and patio area. This area has a dining room table, large gas grill, counter work area and refrigerator; perfect for lunch or BBQ near the pool. Off of this corridor are two oceanfront bedrooms, each with 1 king, 1 twin, private bath, AC and refrigerator. Sliding glass doors open to the pool and patio area.

Third level has a spacious oceanfront living room, dining room and kitchen. Living area is furnished with two leather and wood Mexican-style sofas and two matching side chairs with padded seat cushions. Living area also has flatscreen Sky TV. Dining room has seating for 8, plus there is additional seating for 4 at another table adjacent to the kitchen (this table can also serve as a computer work station). In addition, there is seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast counter as well as another dining table for 8 on the patio overlooking the pool and ocean.

Also on this level are two oceanfront bedrooms, both with private bath and sliding glass doors to the oceanfront patio area. First bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has two queens.

On the rooftop is a wetbar with shaded area plus plenty of space in the sun for tanning. There's also a built-in sofa and table. This is the place to be to watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset in evening and the stars a night.
