Casa Coral is one of the newest properties on the beautiful Jade Bay. It's a private complex of just 4 high end condos, each with private terraces and private swimming pools. Each condo has a spacious open plan kitchen, dining, living area with sliding doors that lead out to the ocean facing terrace. The kitchen boasts solid granite countertops with high quality marble breakfast bar with seating for 3. A large oven and stove, and American sized refrigerator/freezer. The dining area features a glass dining table with seating for 6 which then leads onto the comfortable living area with large L shaped sofa and flat screen TV with Satellite programing. The living area also features an ipod/usb media dock for listening to your favorite music, and a half bathroom for your convenience.

From the living room, step out through the full length sliding doors on to your private terrace with spectacular views across the Carribbean.

3 BEDROOM UNITS(see interior photos): 3 BR units are on the upper 2 levels. The master suite is on the roof and is furnished with a king sized bed, a small private TV lounge/study, a dressing room, and a large bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and shower. This bedroom also has private access to a large west facing terrace with another Jacuzzi tub.

There is a fabulous swimming pool on the upper beach-facing terrace with glass walls for uncompromised views across the bay to the Caribbean Sea beyond. This terrace also has ample lounge furniture and parasol for enjoying the sun.

On the main level there is the main guest bedroom which faces the ocean and is furnished with a king sized bed. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with twin vanity, bathtub and shower plus sliding doors leading out to a large ocean facing terrace. The owner has taken great care in the design of the building to ensure that the views are as unobstructed as possible. The guest bedroom faces the lush mayan jungle to the west and is furnished with 2 single beds. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower.

2 BEDROOM UNITS (see interior photos): 2 BR units are on the the main floor and have 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom faces the ocean and is furnished with a king sized bed. This bedroom has its own private bathroom with twin vanity, bathtub and shower. The guest bedroom faces the lush mayan jungle to the west and is furnished with 2 single beds. This bedroom also has its own private bathroom with shower.

Each condo is centrally air conditioned, and features WiFi internet and maid service 6 days per week.

Outside there are kayaks for exploring the bay.

Jade bay has superb snorkeling as the reef comes very close to the shore and it is also an easy walk down the beach to the village of Akumal with all of its amenities (approx. 1 mile)
