Bordered by a rocky coastline, Villa Gauguin has direct access to the lagoon, a natural aquarium where you can snorkel, canoe or simply swim in its crystalline waters, looking for sea turtles which frequent the lagoon. Villa Gauguin is an ideal place for those seeking a refined and luxurious environment for their holidays.
Villa Gauguin was built in a minimalist style with pure and simple lines allowing a full integration with the natural surroundings. The architectural principle of Villa Gauguin is the “sea” and all its shades. Once you open the entrance door, you are amazed by the 180° view of the Yal-Ku lagoon. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows allow a perfect integration of the house and the sea.
The first floor is comprised of a 900 sq. feet living room with 15 feet high ceilings. a separate dining room seating 12 persons, a fully equipped kitchen with a separate breakfast corner. All of these have a view over the external garden and lagoon. Also on the first floor is a bedroom with a queen-size bed; this bedroom has a view of the large interior garden.
On the second floor is a master bedroom with a king size bed, walkin closet and private bathroom, and three other bedrooms, each twi 2 queen size beds and private bath. Also on the second floor is a TV room equipped with a large size TV, DVD player, home theater and multiple sofa and chairs to enjoy the best entertainment and news programs.
