Hacienda Del Mar boasts over 16,000 square feet with 7 bedrooms in the main villa. In addition, there are two casitas (small houses); one has 4 bedrooms, the other has 3 bedrooms plus a den. The magnificent villa located right on the sandy Fatima Bay beach in Puerto Aventuras, is just one hour south of Cancun.

As you enter through the doors of this magnificent luxury vacation rental property you will be transported into another world. The Hacienda del Mar court yard is adorned with Mexican designs, cacti and artwork all inspiring a true Mexican flavor. Leading from this area are 4 guest suites with full bath plus den with air conditioning.

Walking through into the living and dining room you will be mesmerized by the amazing views that greet you. The house, designed by the owners is a masterpiece!... with original hacienda features, unique ornaments and wonderful Mexican art. A myriad of colors combine and contrast creating a vibrant feeling of Mexico here at Hacienda del Mar Puerto Aventuras.

Upstairs there are 3 sumptuous ocean front suites with walk out to a huge terrace that stretches the entire length of the property. Enjoy an ocean front massage, a cocktail by the pool or just relax in luxurious surroundings. The Hacienda del Mar villa staff are on hand to make sure your every wish comes true.

Hacienda del Mar also has two casitas (guest houses) with 7 more incredible bedrooms plus den.

From the villa you can step right onto the white sandy palm fringed Fatima Bay beach. The snorkeling from the beach is fantastic, you will see bright colored fishes and if you are lucky maybe a turtle! The swimming pool overlooks the blue caribbean ocean. The villa is very close to the center of Puerto Aventuras, which is located around a marina where you'll find Dolphin Discovery, international restaurants, grocery stores, boutiques and post office. There is also a Golf course, tennis facilities and skate board park close-by. Puerto Aventuras is conveniently located to take advantage of the many places to visit in the area, including Mayan Ruins, Cenotes, stunning beaches, Eco parks Xcaret, Xelha and dive the beautiful Caribbean or cenotes.

TERMS and CONDITIONS: Occupancy: 30 guests in 15 suites (for larger groups please inquire). Rates are in US Dollars. Please add 19% tax to rates. Rates are based on 2 guests per bedroom. Above 2 guests per room please add $71 USD per night plus 19% tax (please inquire for holiday rate additional guests). Infants 3 years and above are included in the head count. Reservations are Saturday to Saturday and 7 nights minimum. Stays of less than 7 nights with approval Gourmet Chef Services offered for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Guests pay a price per person per day for the meal plan (includes food & soft drinks). Alcoholic beverages are an additional cost – guests pay cost plus shopping fee. Bar plans available, please inquire. Butler Services for 6 hours a day included (additional hours may be arranged – please inquire). Christmas and New Year Bookings include a VIP All Inclusive package, consisting of Gourmet Chef, Butler, Concierge, airport transfer (1 round trip for the group arriving at the same time). Food and soft drinks and alcoholic beverages (national brands) are included (excluding top shelf alcohol and certain specialty foods, caviar, foie gras etc).
