| A unique position on Tankah Bay makes Villa Luminosa one of the only villas where you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset over the bay. And, as the tallest villa on the northern portion of the bay, views from the roof and upper patios are unsurpassed.
Villa Luminosa is three stories plus the rooftop bar/observation area. Entry to the villa is on the ground level (this level is used by the onsite staff).
Up one flight of stairs if the first level (pool level). This level has a casual living area/bar with glass doors that open to the pool and patio area. This living/bar area has a wet bar, and two sofas. Off of this area are two oceanfront bedrooms, each with 1 king, 1 daybed, private bath, AC and sliding glass doors to the pool and patio area.
Second level has a spacious oceanfront living room, dining room and kitchen. Living area i has flatscreen Sky TV. Dining room has seating for 8, plus there is additional seating for 4 at another table adjacent to the kitchen (this table can also serve as a computer work station). In addition, there is seating for 3 at the kitchen breakfast counter as well as another dining table for 8 on the patio overlooking the pool and ocean.
Also on this level are two oceanfront bedrooms, both with king beds, private bath and sliding glass doors to the oceanfront patio area.
On the rooftop you'll find plenty of space in the sun for tanning plus a built-in sofa and table. This is the place to be to watch the sunrise in the morning, the sunset in evening and the stars a night.
