Villa Mayamor is located smack dab in the middle of the gated Akumal Sur beach community. This quiet area is comprised of private villas in a residential area with a great beach and super snorkeling opportunities in the bay.

Not only does Mayamor offer a stunningly beautiful beach, but it also has a oceanside swimming pool so you have the best of both worlds.

Villa Mayamor features a main house with one bedroom (king bed, private bath and palapa terrace), living area, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, rooftop terrace and outdoor courtyard with granite dining table. In addition, there are two guesthouses. The jungle side guesthouse has a double bed, ensuite bath and small kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. The second guesthouse is beachfront with king bed and 2 single beds plus ensuite bath and small kitchen with stove and refrigerator.

Guests will love that the maid (Lydia) can prepare delicious meals (additional charge). Enjoy authentic Mayan dishes prepared with fresh ingredients and served in the privacy of your own "home."

All the bedrooms and living areas of Villa Mayamor are air conditioned. For those who like to stay in touch, complimentary Wi-Fi internet is provided (bring your laptop). And you can enjoy Sky satellite when you're not out enjoying the beach and all of the activities available on the Riviera Maya. You'll find plenty of activities to keep you as busy as you want to be. Visit the Mayan ruins of Tulum and Coba, the eco-parks like Xcaret and Xel-Ha or enjoy jungle tours, deep sea fish, snorkeling, parasailing, horseback riding or exploring some of the famous cenotes. But, you may want to stick close to Villa Mayamor and enjoy snorkeling, sea kayaking and strolling on the beach on beautiful South Akumal Bay.

The main town of Akumal is just 20 minutes away as you walk north on the some of the most beautiful coastline in the world.
